Returns without a valid RAN (Return Authorization Number) may be refused. If you choose to mail your shipment, please insure the package. If it is not insured and it is lost or damaged, we cannot honor the refund. Please note that there will be no refund or exchange on custom made jackets. Please note that we only pay for shipping charges for exchange for the first time, if an exchange needs to be made more than once than the customer will have to incur the costs. If you wish to return the item for refund after you have exchanged it, we will deduct the shipping charges from refund. We reserve the right to deduct £10 if returned products are not in the same condition as sent.
